In 2021, the construction of the office building K1 at Karlbergs Strand was initiated. The building, encompassing over 20,000 square meters and designed by Wingårdhs architects, was originally intended to house JM's headquarters along with other spaces.
However, it has now been sold to Fortifikationsverket (the Swedish Fortifications Agency), who will occupy the entire office building and is planned to move in during Q1 2025.
Vibratec is happy to be part of the project by supplying our floor system, VT-BAT, to the building. VT-BAT is specifically engineered to ensure an optimal and disturbance-free working environment in buildings with stringent vibration control requirements.
